Hoppin & Boppin
An adapted class for elementary school aged students of all abilities
In this class students will be exploring different forms of movement through a variety of dance based games and activities. This class emphasizes positive social interaction, safe movement of the body, and the ability to respond to music.
Meet The Beat
An adapted dance class for older teens of all abilities
Students will be encouraged to explore movement and rhythm through dance based games and a variety of different dance styles. In this class dancers will learn simple choreography and also have time for free movement and self expression.

Movin & Groovin
An adapted class for young adults of all abilities
In this structured class, students will sample a wide variety of dance genres including jazz, tap, hip hop, and musical theatre. Using their creativity, students will both learn to follow and develop their own choreography. If you are unsure of which class to register your student in, please call so that we can be sure that they are in the environment that best suits their needs.
Mix It Up
A mixed ability class for young adults of all abilities.
Students will be assigned to this class based on their ability to think flexibly, go with the flow, and their desire to focus on creating polished works. This mixed ability class will cover a wide variety of dance styles and will be focussed on creating innovative choreography that utilizes each dancer’s unique physical abilities. Let's Dance! - Sept. 15 - Oct. 27th
An adapted dance class for youth (approx. ages 11 - 16) of all abilities
In this 6 week introductory class students will explore movement and rhythm through dance based games and a variety of different dance styles. In this class dancers will learn simple choreography and also have time for free movement and self expression.
