Important Attendance ReminderAs we are gearing up and preparing for our 2014 performance season, punctual and consistent attendance is of utmost importance in all classes. If a student misses more than 3 classes between now and their first performance, they may not be able to perform onstage. Each dance is a team effort that requires commitment to one another. If a student is sick or injured but well enough to sit and watch (and not contagious), please have them come and observe their class. And if a student must miss class for whatever reason, please be sure to email your child’s teacher and let them know.
Festival Performances 2014Some of our older dancers perform each spring in both local dance festivals, and we encourage everyone in the studio to make it out and watch! This is a great opportunity for younger students to watch some of the best dancers from all over the island and Lower Mainland perform, compete and be adjudicated by guest judges. There will be performances in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Musical Theatre and it is a very inspiring experience for both dancers and parents.
