Happy Fall Everyone!!!First Week Back to Classes – September 8th, 2014This year we will be having mandatory parent meetings during your child’s first class so that we can go over details for the year and also give you a chance to get your questions answered. The times of the meetings are below so please mark them on your calendar but they will be happening during or around the same time as your child’s class. We are hoping that all parents make the meetings a top priority as it avoids so much confusion later on in the year.
Uniform RequirementsWe have updated our uniform requirement sheet for the fall and it is available for viewing. Toes and Taps and Ellswear both have our requirements on file and are very helpful in making sure your child gets the right items. We ask that all kids be dressed in their correct uniform on the first class back.
Swap and ShopWe have a Swap and Shop page on our website that you can advertise items in good condition that you would like to sell or give away. Please visit the page to either post items to sell or view items for sale. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the items that you buy meet the Uniform Requirements for your child.
Thrifty Foods Smile Card FundraiserFor the past two years Thrifty foods has donated $3500 to our school through their smile card program. How it works is you get a smile card from us and before the cashier rings through your grocery order you load your smile card using cash or credit card. Once your grocery bill is complete the cashier deducts the value of your bill from the smile card leaving you with a credit if the cost is lower than the balance. It costs you nothing but we gain 5% of everything you spend using your smile card. If you do not have a card yet please contact me and I will make arrangements to get you one. You may also ask grandparents or other friends and family to participate. This year Thrifty’s has upped our total to $2500. We will be handing these cards out to everyone who needs them at our first parents meeting.
